About Skip

Skip Honaker started racing Mini-Stocks at Orlando Speedworld in 1995 following in his father's  foot steps who enjoyed great success in the 60s,70s and 80s. Skip enjoyed early success in the Mini-Stocks winning 3 races and finishing 3rd in Orlando Speedworld Mini-Stock Points Championship in his first year. After ottaining success in the Mini-Stock division. Skip moved up to the Florida Open Wheel Modified Division. In the Florida Open Wheel Modifieds Skip has enjoyed great success and has rack up numerous wins. Skip proudest win came in 2006 by winning the Joshlin Memorial Modified Race at Orlando Speedworld. Even know Skip has raced other classess he enjoyes the Open Wheel Modifieds the best and says its some of toughest competition.
